MENU

Storage:

Raclette is offered to you vacuum-packed in portions from 200 to 500g to ensure optimal freshness and quality upon arrival at your home. This vacuum packaging method preserves the unique character and delicate flavors of our cheese, while also facilitating its storage.

To store your Raclette:

Keep the cheese in its vacuum packaging and place it in the least cold part of your refrigerator, ideally between 4°C and 8°C (39°F and 46°F).
Once opened, if the cheese is not consumed in one go, we recommend wrapping it in food-grade plastic wrap. This helps to maintain the cheese's moisture while protecting it from the air.

For an ideal taste experience, remove the Tomme du Bokor from the refrigerator and its packaging about 30 minutes before serving, allowing the cheese to fully express itself at room temperature.
The Tomme du Bokor, with its creamy texture and pronounced taste nuances, is the result of a harmonious fusion between French cheesemaking expertise and the authenticity of the Cambodian terroir.

We invite you to savor each bite, appreciating the richness of its flavors.
